Our gym is led by Olympian Cristina Bontas-Tantaru, who competed for Romania in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona. She received two medals in these games and has also earned six medals in various World Championships. Most recently, Cristina was inducted into the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame for her outstanding accomplishments in the sport. Her induction not only highlights an extraordinary competitive career, but also her lasting contribution to gymnastics through coaching, mentorship, and leadership. Alongside her husband, Gabi, she founded World Class Gymnastics, where they have dedicated themselves to developing and mentoring the next generation of gymnasts.
Here, we aim to help each child reach their highest potential. Our goal is to follow the Educational Philosophy of the CGF Gymnastics NCCP manual. This means that each gymnast will be exposed to Fun, Fitness, and Fundamentals. It is important to our club that all gymnasts are challenged and having fun. To meet each child’s needs we offer a variety of artistic gymnastic programs tailored to different skill levels. These programs include Recreational and Competitive streams at a variety of ages and levels. The newest additions to our club include a Gymnastics Aerobics Team, which also offers a competitive team.
