building at 95 Frid Street, Unit 12. Ours is the big blue
building across the street from the indoor soccer arena. |

Ancaster, via the 403, take Main Street East exit at
the Hamilton Spectator and make a quick right as soon as you
get on Main Street. Follow Frid Street around to number 95.

West Hamilton / Dundas, go east along Main Street and
take a quick right just past the Hamilton Spectator
building. Follow Frid Street around to our building.
From Burlington,
follow the 403 to the Main Street East exit. Turn right on
to Dundurn Street. Follow Dundurn Street South and then turn
right (west) at Chatham Street (just before Charlton). Turn
right on Frid Street.
